[“Got room, do things” #5]
What I most appreciated from Kem Khoo’s talk yesterday was her honest sharing that she’s naturally more logical than intuitive, which initially led her to study and work in the field of science (pharmacy specially), but she also felt science cannot answer all questions in the world, so she began delving into tarot card reading before learning the other methods in western and eastern astrology like bazi, zi wei and also fengshui, which has even led today to not just her fortune-telling sideline but also consultancy work in HR processes: she was asked to analyze two final candidates for a company’s hire/promotion, both of whom were neck to neck in terms of credentials and personality; she eventually recommended the one who was in a better “luck cycle” than the other. Intriguing stuffs!
