So today I feel like I have to share my little victory, no it's not losing lbs (although that will come too) but instead I fought off laziness!! 💪💪 I really didn't want to go to the gym today, like making up all kind of excuses.
1. I'm tired - nope - I'm always tired
2. I'll just do some weights or machines - nope - that won't do anything, I need cardio.
3. I'm tired I'll go tomorrow - nope- will have the same excuses plus the disappoinment of not going today.
So I sucked it up. Drank my coffee, put on my leggings and off I went! 💪💪
Did my 1 hour of new body fitness at GoodLife and got on with my day!
Moral of this story? Get up off your ass and do something, even if it's just walking or parking a bit further from the store, small steps!
So what's the plan for tomorrow?
