135lb for 15 reps...It's a work in progress would like to see a bit more of a drop in her hips on the start position but the power is there and we keep getting better. She is getting strong! @audreyhaworth has a goal of doing a powerlifting meet at some point in the future. I'm trying to convince her to do one late next season. 200lb is in the horizon. It's shit like this that makes me happy as a coach and trainer. I love my job and I enjoy helping other reach their goals and potential. It’s a little hard to read but about 6 weeks ago I wrote down my #1repmax for the big 3 lifts. November 2= bench press 235lb, deadlift 335, squat 280. The goal was to increase each by 2-5% by the time I head out on a little vacation to my hometown. Goal achieved and then some. December 14= bench press 245, squat 300, deadlift 365.
