8 weeks ticked over and I am very proud to say that I absolutely smashed it!!!

I have a habit of setting unrealistic goals, in the hopes that I get close. My initial goal was to sign up, my 2nd goal was to complete the 8 weeks, my third goal was to lose about 10kgs . Whilst I was hopeful, I wasn’t confident that I’d be able to stick to it with my hectic life.

I am a absolutely thrilled with my results. I’m super proud and even more motivated to keep going and sign up for the 12 week challenge in Feb 2018

I’m so much stronger, fitter, Gym is easier, I’m enjoying it more, clothes are getting too big and it’s time for shopping spree, old small clothes are fitting again, I’ve always been happy in my mind and healthy in my body, but I am finding a different level of happiness

The scales are still not my friend, but the measuring tape is my bestie 📏👌🏼

Today marks the end of the 8 week challenge. I didn't reach my goal but i'm proud of how far i have come with my strength and commitment to a better lifestyle! In total i lost 4.6kg, 50.5mm in fat and 22.1cm in measurements. I have never been more committed than i am now, bring on the next challenge! 😁💪👌👊

Roasted sweet potato. Simply get a sweet potato, slice deep slits down the length of it and sprinkle on some sea salt. Place on an oven tray and put in a smoking hot oven - I am talking 250 degrees fan forced 🔥 and bake until ready. Tonight was Monday night group training night and we had to do 1000 reps as a team in an hour. I still have stitches in my leg so I didn't do the mountain climbers or any running but I did contribute to the 10k with walking.
