I tried to keep up my fitness while in Australia but the time difference had me wiped out! Prior to Australia NYC fast pace lifestyle had me twisted as well so I was only making it 3 times a week. My norm is 5 days a week at 7am. Getting back to that starting tomorrow. I'm going to be showing my meals and as much of my workout as possible. Follow my snap. 👻 JAYHAIRBIGGA to keep up.
