⚫️⏹⏹ SI - Joint Function ⏹⏹⚫️. 🔴 ➡️ Here is an easy example of SI Joint Movement therapy. Lying on back, knees bent and arms perpendicular to the body, feet and knees together. Move the knees together to one side and then to the other. Add head turning to the opposite direction of knees.
