2. Incline pushups (you can also use a bench, box, tire, couch, etc.)



Here’s a couple tips on form: Often times I see people’s elbows flaring out wide around 90 degrees—but your elbows should be closer to 45 degrees. Keep your belly button sucked in and up towards your heart, this will keep your core working the whole time. Lastly, make sure your hips are in line with your shoulders, we don’t want butts sticking way up or sinking way down. Lmk if you have questions!

Hoping I can eventually get to a deep squat sometime this summer and do 225lbs 5-7 times instead of 1-4 🙁. this session i did 225lbs 2-3 reps 4 sets for squat (this clip was taken on my last set so i didn't reach parallel 😩), 105lbs 3 reps 3 sets for sumo deadlift (RIP DEADLIFT) and 250lbs 15-13 reps 3 sets for leg press. lost a lot of strength during my trip 😢
