Roasted Fennel with Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Purée, Lentils by @gingerychefmila 💛

1 large Fennel
Coconut oil for roasting
1 medium size sweet potato half of a red sweet pepper
2tbsp Smoked Paprika
pink Himalayan salt
Half of handful Brazilian nuts
2 tsp Hemp seeds
Place Fennel with coconut oil in foil, bake for in the oven for 40 min at 185C . Season with salt
Bake sweet potato and red pepper until soft.
Put sweet potato +raw red pepper ,pink salt, smoked paprika , hemp seeds and Brazilian nuts into blander, add water , bland until smooth consistency.
Place Fennel , purée and Lentils on a plate .
