Contrary to popular belief, healthy doesn’t always have to be directly proportional to boring!

I’m currently in Delhi, away from my comfort zone where I can train regularly and eat mindfully. But that doesn’t mean I end up binging constantly and come back with more ‘holiday weight’ than required!
One of the things I love to indulge in and is a SUPER easy, quick fix bowl of milk, banana, cereal and a tbsp ( or more 😉) of @alpino_healthfoods peanut butter.
It literally takes less than a minute to put this together and is a perfect way to ensure I don’t binge on unnecessary chole bhature 🙊 (jk I’m going to do that anyway)

Terrible lighting for my photo, but I had veggies and bolognaise sauce for lunch.
It's the same bolognaise that I made earlier in the week but instead of with pasta or 'veggie spaghetti' I decided just to go with plain, quick and easy veg. The sauce has enough flavouring for everything to be covered so it was pretty dang tasty!

WHAT TO COOK IN?

So I get asked so many questions on a daily basis in my clinic and I love it.  It is really interesting as I really do get a feel of what is trending in nutrition.

One question I get asked a lot is what is the best fats to cook in, meaning bake or fry. So I am going to give you my advice.

I always cook in either -
Organic butter 
Ghee 
Duck fat 
Coconut oil

A lot depends on what flavour I want, who I am cooking for and what food I am cooking that will determine what fat I want to use. Each of the fats above has so many health benefits from nutrients to gut health.
