I used fresh cherries to make an amazing Cherry Chia Jam🍒😍
This morning, breakfast was a peanut butter jam sandwich made with oat bread (@breadandmore_noida ) and homemade cherry jam😊🍒 Bliss😋😍 Recipe- Take 2 cups of destoned cherries in a heavy bottom pan. Heat them on medium heat and let the cherries soften and become syrupy. Mash with a potato masher. When the syrup starts thickening, add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, juice of half lemon. Let it simmer until thick. Now remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla essence, mix and add 2 tablespoons Chia seeds. Cool and store in refrigerator.
