She is positive and full of justice, but her life changes when Byun Hyuk appears. *** Revolutionary Love is about Byun Hyuk (Choi Si Won), a third generation chaebol who knows nothing about work, lives life using his father's money and doesn't even care about making a living on his own. He relies on his personal secretary and childhood friend, Kwon Je Hoon (Gong Myung), to take care of all the trouble he makes. Hyuk met Baek Joon (Kang So Ra), a part-time worker, while looking out for his cheating girlfriend and instantly fell in love after seeing how righteous she is. From then on, he decided to cling onto Joon, following her wherever she goes, even doing the part time jobs she does. While following Joon, Hyuk was then further enlightened about the reality of the workforce discrimination.
This drama broke down the drama stereotype about chaebol children. Usually in dramas, chaebol children are well-mannered, has an established career and is set to inherit the company but in here, we have Byun Hyuk, no work experience and living life in a very comfortable way, not even caring about being an heir. By meeting a woman who works herself to the bone in order to survive, he changed his way of living and fought his way to dissipate injustice within his family's very own company, even if it means he have to directly butt heads with his father and his older brother.
