Many golfers dream of this, but it is possible!
I love to help & get you started during one of my Golf Fitness Workshops or during one on one sessions. However for instant extra golfing energy & improvement this summer.. Here are my top 3 tips::
☀️ Don’t start a new hole before taking a sip of water. You could for example incorporate this in your new-hole routine. Feeling depleted, unconcentrated or sluggish.. chances are the body is dehydrated. Fuel it with water :)
☀️ Taking a trolly > carrying a +- 15kg golfbag. Do your spine a favor.
☀️Relax, take a breath. Take in fresh 02 and exhale the CO2 (consciously) before every shot.
