“Train insane or remain the same” this type of motto was how I used to think you had to train to improve sports performance.
Now when it comes to sport performance I personally don’t believe you should categorise a successful training session on how “recked or sore” you feel afterwards.
I have been studying some of the @wearegravityfit course’s and now feel as though I have a better understating on how important it is to build axial spinal stability and strength (functional movement/mobility with neuromuscular awareness)
In my eyes lifting weight is a privilege and something you have to earn.
Anybody can get strong, but only a few can be functionally strong.
