Only two more days left of my #virginiaggcourseblossoms series! Here is a picture from the Stoney Creek Course @wintergreenresortva. There are three nines and this is the 7th green on the Monocan nine. If you are in Charlottesville looking to play then Stoney Creek would be a fine choice. Picture taken 04/20/14.
Great day out at Isleworth Golf & CC in Windermere, FL.
Day five of the #virginiaggcourseblossoms series is of Olde Mill Golf Resort, which I think is an underrated course in Virginia! Olde Mill enjoys a super setting with playable, mountain holes and that makes it pair perfectly with a round at Primland, if you play there. This is looking back down 6th hole at Olde Mill. West Coast Wednesdays is going to get in on my spring theme! No blossoms here, but green hillsides in California mean spring. Not too many public courses in the Bay Area that are better than @wente. Here is the par-3 7th, which can stretch to 228 yards. Picture taken 03/07/10.
It's spring, happy spring! The #virginiaggcourseblossoms week continues with a recent picture from Crow Creek Golf Club. This is the 9th green there with lots of green grass and blooms, what isn't to like! Picture taken 02/25/18.
Mountain Mondays makes an appearance in Big Sky Country today @canyonrivergolfclub in Missoula, MT. Incredible scenery here and great par 3's at Canyon River! I believe those mountains in the picture are the Sapphire Mountains. Picture taken 07/04/10.
As the 2018 @apinv comes to a close today, I'll show one last Mid-Atlantic Palmer course. This is the par 3 4th at Fawn Lake County Club, which is located maybe 20 minutes from I-95. I'm also showing this course because it is a great one for my spring series this week, which I'm calling the #virginiaggcourseblossoms series. Picture taken 03/27/16.
Day three of Palmer courses (in honor of the @apinv) is the Signature at West Neck, in Virginia Beach. Here is the 10th green, complete with Arnold's famous umbrella logo and a beach bunker! Picture taken 11/05/17.
