My relationship with WHY I go to the gym has had its ups and downs. I started working out as a way to compensate for the food I ate🍿🎂🍦🌮🍔🥓
Then later down the road I worked out because I didn’t have a positive body image. But over time, as my *why* has changed, and motivation has wavered- I ALWAYS make it to the gym.
1. I love my body. I enjoy pushing myself to new limits and reaching goals that I’ve set for myself.
2. The gym is my ME time! It’s a de stressor from the outside world where I make sure I focus on myself
3. I have cultivated a family and community at @goldsgym 🤗 I see trainers and people on a regular basis who say hi and ask me how I’m doing.
