I've had a few new followers today so I thought I would say hello 👋🏼 Obviously you can see the basics in my profile but I thought I would tell you a little bit about my weightloss journey! I've struggled with my weight since I was a teenager - it has been very up and down. My wardrobe usually contains everything from a size 10 to a size 18 😭 I struggled with binge eating where I could easily eat 5,000 calories in one sitting without even thinking about it - until I went to bed feeling sick. When I got into a cycle it was so hard to get out of it! I would try loads of diets - but mainly VLC diets where I would near starve myself 😐 When I found out I was pregnant for the second time in February last year, I was weighing nearly 11 stone and struggling to stick to a diet. The healthy eating completely went out of the window during pregnancy, and when I got home from hospital with my gorgeous little Aria in October 2016, I weighed 14 and a half stone 😱 I managed to lose 1.5 stone quite quickly - probably a mix of breastfeeding, and the fact I didn't have time to eat much! Then I decided to give Weight Watchers a proper go! Something I had tried in the past but never got past the first week or two. I honestly couldn't praise it enough! I never feel deprived and I eat so much! I got to my goal weight this month and feel positive that I can maintain on weightwatchers - something I've never been able to do in the past! I've honestly not felt this happy with my body in about 8 years!
