After many years of trial + error when it comes to maintaining a raw or mostly raw diet, the one thing (apart from listening to your own body...always) that is so simple + makes the biggest difference to energy production, blood flow, digestion, balancing blood sugar ~ especially if you’re eating high fruit raw ~ etc. is to add more, more, more GREENS...and we’re not just talking about a handful of spinach here + there.
