When it comes to lifting it can get soooo FRUSTRATING... but that’s okay because you’re not the only one and don’t let is stress you out!
Some things that some of us struggle with is:
▪️sticking to a meal plan... trust me we all cave in for sweets and unhealthy food every once in a while, just try and stick with basics and it’s OKAY go to eat some sweets here and there. That’s where PORTION SIZES come in! That is sooo important, eating too little or too much can change how quick or how well your progress is!
▪️CONSISTENCY is 🔑!! Like for real, this is my BIGGEST struggle! I workout for a few weeks straight and get off track and it’s terrible because I get so hard on myself. When I go back to the gym I feel like I lost all the hard work I put in, and while that’s kind of true, I just tell myself I can get back to it! Motivate yourself!!! You can do it💪🏽💪🏽
▪️lastly, DONT STRESS OUT! stress can affect more than just lifting! Try and find ways to relax and put days in for rest! A great way to deal with stress is PLANNING! Plan your meals, your workouts, and times you need off days!
In the end, working out doesn’t have to be such a struggle! Take time to relax, plan, and you can do anything :)
