Be Fit.🖒 Getting fat to fit is not easy for a person like me, I was 270lbs last Sept 2017. I have been fat for more than 28yrs and now my journey is to become fit and healthy. I have learned that the fitness journey isn't about determination, it's more about discipline.
The reason why I need to do this is beacause I want to enjoy life with a healthy body free from any diseases.
I had so many challenges- food intake was reduced from 10cups of rice to 9,7,5,4,2,1 and 1/2cup of brown rice per day. I also cut juice, soda and lessen my sugar intake. It's important to drink 10glasses of water to keep you hydrated throughout the day and at least 8hrs of sleep.
Eat more vegetables, fruits and white meat chicken. My focus now is in progress, not perfection. Diba mahirap? Yes, it was but we need to adapt the changes.
Last Oct 2017, I have decided to enroll at Anytime Fitness Bacoor. My weight was 111kilos and now I am 100kilos. My journey is not yet over its just the beginning. My target weight is 67kilos by July 1.
I want to thank my Anytine Fitness Personal Trainer Coach, Coach Ringo Juan for helping me on this journey. Salamat sa pasensya at sa pagpapahirap sa akin. Hehehe. Joke 😁 I'm having fun while doing my training with my coach yun iyak ko sa hirap dinadaan ko na lang sa tawa, that's part of my journey walang madali.
