My due date was 18th of may. For twins we planned for them to come 1st week of May... My babies were born on the 5th of April by emergency c-section at 33 weeks 6 days. They were considered premature and were admitted into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). I thought they would be there for just aΒ  week or so... they spent 3 weeks and 5 weeks respectively. Toughest weeks of my life as I spent all my time in the hospital. I cried alot. I prayed alot. My babies were so tiny i couldn't imagine them big like full term babies. Alot of my friends thought I was being weird not sending pictures, not discussing the babies or the birth, just keeping to myself. But I didn't want to go through the barrage of questions. I needed to stay focused until my testimony came. That day came on May 7th when my second princess was finally released to go home! If you have ever had a preemie baby, then you can relate to this post. I thank God for the strength he gave me, my friends who stood in the gap with me @designbydaisyo @funkeio @iconscloset and @sheilaojei. Thank you @taradurotoye for consistently raising me and mine before God. A special shout out to @ourlittlepreemie! Your page kept me going and gave me hope!
