I have felt good running this month for the first time in my life. Today was not one of those days. Today was more like my running from last year, everything hurt and I just felt very heavy. I ran slow, I walked and I struggled the entire 6 miles. I have been eating really well the past couple of months, taking a good supplement line up, and drinking 2-3 gallons of water. However, I haven't eaten well or had enough water the last 3 days due to my schedule being messed up at work. It's crazy how much proper nutrition makes a difference.
