Want to try some new Italian? (Food not men, get your mind out of the gutter)
Got a few hours to potter around while the kids play and assist? (Izzy, 6, did a remarkably great job helping me roll them)
Give making fried gnocchi a go! Technically simple, undeniably time consuming - totally worth it.
You've got all the ingredients in your cupboard - potatoes, flour, egg, salt. Then you can either coat them in a sauce of your choice (not the Watties tomato sauce type) or first fry them in herb infused butter!! Check out my Instastories or my Facebook story to watch the process but essentially - it's delicious, not low carb nor low fat, you can tell the kids it's like pasta and you get wee soft cushions of gently chewy potato goodness, crisped up in butteerrrrr.
Eat buttery or coat in pesto, or a cheesy or tomatoey sauce!
