Κουνουπίδι λαδερο-Cauliflower the Greek way. One of the best things about Greek food is that frequently it is unintentionally vegan/gluten free/ super healthy without sacrificing any of the taste and comfort. This is a classic way of preparing vegetables, with spring onions, dill, parsley, lemon and lots of olive oil. I added pine nuts, feta and sweet and spicy boykovo pepper but you don’t have to. Delicious, healthy, low carb and apparently toddler friendly. Recipe below.
