1️⃣Barbell Sumo Deadlift (Hamstrings,adductors, forearms, glutes, lower back, middle back, quadriceps, traps)
2️⃣Good morning (Hamstrings, abdominals, glutes, lower back)
3️⃣Hip Thrust (Glutes, calves, hamstrings) I like to stop for a second at the top and squeeze really hard to feel the burn
Always remember to do an exercise with proper form + slow and controlled movements (Video is sped up) (4x 12 reps)
