That post vacation hangover is a real thing guys! ⠀ ⠀ I didn’t want to workout AT ALL today, but I did at the same time! Sounds weird I know, but a day of not so good travel & being awake for 22 hours I was exhausted. I am also struggling with drinking water & my appetite is pretty crappy. ⠀ ⠀ I’d usually beat myself up all week, but not anymore. This isn't from today, but it's Taco Tuesday and so it deserves to be posted since, gasp, not having tacos today. I had breakfast tacos not one, but both days this weekend and this is how it pretty much went both days. Scallions, pastured eggs, prosciutto di parma, radishes and cilantro with dairyfree avocrema spread on the tortilla. 🌮🌮
