Para o novos seguidores minha história com o meu eterno short verde 💚 5/25
Toda vez que estou um pouco desanimada ou triste eu coloco ele no meu corpo e percebo o quanto eu evoluir, e me lembro de todas as vezes que chorei sentada na cama de toalha porque eu já tinha perdido todas as minhas roupas ou ainda as que restavam estavam muito apertada ou curtas entao estava lá o meu short verde que acho que foi Deus que moldou ele de acordo com a minha situação porque eu engordei engordei e engordei mas esse short nunca parou de servir e ele era sempre a minha última e única opção sempre na hora de sair
Então eu levanto minha cabeça, jogo a tristeza de lado e vejo o quanto eu já venci , o quanto já caminhei e que eu não posso desistir o quanto é maravilhoso poder escolher o que vestir e não ser escolhida pelo que servir !
Só agradeço a Deus por me erguer até aqui é sempre ter me aparado nas horas que eu queria desistir, todo o apoio que eu recebo e sem dúvida meu combustível para ir sempre além 🙏🏻💙 #tenhomuitasorte
Quando formar vou colocar esse short numa moldura e provar a cada paciente meu que todos são capazes e que desistir não é uma opção 🍀
Não é sorte e força de vontade , e aprender a dizer não, é buscar o equilíbrio, e nutrir o corpo mas principalmente a alma !
E saber que posso ir mais além e ir e tropeçar, cair mas nunca permanecer no chão 💚🍀

It's been a hot one here in Melbourne so It's something refreshing from me today!!😋 :
Almond Chia with a Mango,lime and raspberry purée, chopped Kiwi and passionfruit to top it all off!😜 It took seconds to make which is even better as time just got the better of me today!! Infact all week!!🙄 Trying to fit everything in lately is proving to be tricky!! I feel like I'm in a bit of a whirlwind..not the best feeling but at least I managed to fit in a walk this morning which always helps clear the mind! Anyone else feeling the same??

Strawberry lemonade with Chia seeds by @rachels.fit.kitchen 🍓
Recipe: 3tbs chia seeds. 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries. 1/3 cup lemon juice. 2 cups coconut water. Stevia to taste.
Add chia seeds and 1 cup of water to a jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake well. Store in the refrigerator and allow to form a gel (about 1 hour).
Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add chia gel and pulse for a second or two to mix the chia throughout the strawberry lemonade. Enjoy!

Happy weekend! Starting this morning with a nutrient packed breakfast and my daily @florastorusa probiotics. I've been taking Florastor for about a week and a half now and am a huge fan! Probiotics are great for digestive and immunity health, and I had been looking for the perfect one. Florastor is great because it doesn't need to be refrigerated making it easy to take on the go or when traveling. I take it as a capsule, but you can also open the capsule and add the powder to a beverage or semisolid food like yogurt. So easy 👌 and I'm feeling great!

Saturday morning brunch. Day2:Meal1. One crispy 🍳 fried in coconut oil. Shredded, seasoned potatoes cooked in EVOO, half a bottle of Naked Blue Machine, ice water. 😍Healthy sugarfree carrot cake with nutty frosting😍👌🏼
🎂🍰Recipe: 🥕40g fine grated carrots
🥕4 eggs,seperated
🥕1 pinch salt 🥕1 tsp baking soda
🥕1 tsp cinnamon 🥕20g Erythritol 🥕20g ground almonds 🥕1,5 dl melted coconut oil
🥕a few drops vanilla essence 🍰For the cream:
🥕15g nut butter(I use walnut)
🥕20g soft butter 🥕170g powdered erythritol
🥕1 tbsp coconut cream 🥕1 tbsp lemon juice + some zest 🎂Cake:
Squeeze the juice of the grated carrots. Beat the egg whites hard with salt. Mix yolks with everything exept almond flour. Add the eggwhites carefully. Add almond flour. Make sure to keep mixture light. Pour into greased 26cm cake tin w/ bakingpaper. Bake on 180 for 20 min, then 160 for 15 mins.

Blend the cream ingredients. Spread on top of cooled cake.
