Craving these buckwheat pancakes 🥞 today 😋 I find it truly wonderful that Mother Nature has provided us with everything we’ll ever need to nourish our bodies. I still get to eat pancakes AND chocolate AND dessert AND even ice cream...but instead of choosing (and that’s the big word right there) things that are filled with ingredients I can’t even say, let alone remember to google...I choose things that will make my body FEEL great, ingredients that have been provided for us on this earth naturally, food that is healthy and utterly delicious 😋 It’s easy to think ‘but I won’t be able to eat chocolate ever again if I eat healthily’ when you haven’t yet explored what’s out there-I know I though that (which is why I was so reluctant to make the swap at first). But in all honesty, there is an abundance of healthy, delicious alternatives out there that will not only taste (I think) better but will also be good for your body (and your mind). Next time you’re doing a food shop, don’t go on autopilot around the aisles...really look 👀 and see what you can find...a great place to start...fresh fruits and veg like 🥑 and 🍌and 🥦 and of course 🥥 then try looking for 🌰🥜 and how you can get creative with 🥗 1 important tip-MAKE IT FUN 😉 What’s your favourite breakfast?
