So that's cauliflower and broccoli pulsed in food prcessor (as rice). Stirred but not fried veggies including greens, mushrooms, tomato, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, green onion, avocado and garlic. Flavoured with Braggs aminos, pepper, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika. Savoury veggies are sooo yummy 💚
I read this statement by Dr Joel Fuhrman: "Most of the disease that afflict Americans, such as lupus, allergies, and eczema, literally don't occur in other cultures which have a high intake of raw plant food.
