After a summer of race training, @ocrguychallenge is back!! Today was a motivation struggle. Ended up with a 60 minute incline walk at 2.6 speed/15% incline.
Then #OCRUnbroken push-ups with 15 strict form. Still need to get a little lower, but proud of them.
Lastly, I took my still recovering hands over to a pull-up station and made it through 4 rounds of grip transitions (a record for me!) Somedays you just have to dig deep and conduct some business, even if you don't feel like it.
