Het prachtige en ongerepte #glaciernationalpark ligt in het noordwesten van Montana en grenst aan het Canadese Waterton Lakes National Park. #scenary #usa #sweetmemories #welovetravel #travelcounsellor_loes

Glacier national park 1965. I have never shot slide film but looking at quite a few slides i am rather impressed with the tonal range and ability to retain detail in both shadows and highlights. I'm not sure if this is due to the film or my grandfathers care in taking pictures and appropriately using the tools at his disposal.

#ElizabethLake is a dream. Also, yes, that’s (bottled) #beer that I brought on my 50+ mile hike cooling in a glacial lake. #worthit #hiking #camping #backpacking #gnp #glaciernationalpark #glaciernps #travel #adventure #nature #montana

By no means finished, but I’m done for tonight.

....sometimes when I'm awake, I dream of places I'd love to be.

Got bored. Drew this. Need some blank paper and more practice.

Who says training always has to be in a gym?

Drawing the smoke rising just off Lake McDonald, this past September. Using bits of charcoal that washed up on the shore. || The past few months have unexpectedly been some of the busiest I can remember in a long time. I love a good deadline (or 5), but I can't wait to be able to sit peacefully and make work.

Yesterday I was concerned with the lack of snow around, but today it has been snowing nonstop! There are places in Utah where it even got 2 feet of snow! Thank you Mother Nature, it feels like winter!

This was from my hike to hidden lake lookout in Glacier National Park back in August. Even though I visited during peak wildfire season (which only means I HAVE to visit again) these views are BEAUTIFUL! Definitely one of my favorite parks I’ve been to 💯
