Just uploaded a leg workout that the beautiful @buffbunny and I created. You can click the link in my bio to watch the full video, but for those of you in a rush:
1️⃣Squat 3 sets of 5 reps and then 1-2 sets of 8-12 reps
2️⃣Lying hamstring curl 5 sets of 10-15 reps
3️⃣Leg extension 12 reps followed by 5-8 "forced reps" superset with narrow stance leg press (this will murder your quads) do 4 sets.
4️⃣Barbell stiff-legged deadlift 4 sets of 8-10 reps
5️⃣Normal stance leg press (if possible different angle leg press that exercise number 3). Perform 2 sets of this sequence: 1 rep (then pause halfway down for 3 seconds), 2 reps (pause halfway down for 3 seconds, 3 reps (pause), 4 reps (pause), etc all the way to 10 reps.
6️⃣Standing calf raise 5 sets of 8-12 reps
