I wish I could tell you that it will be easy, that you will always get what you want, achieve your goals as fast as you would like to and change your body in a few days.
But honestly said, it is not like that at all. There is no shortcut, no magic pills, no "secret workout plan". There is only you. You and the vision you are holding.
It takes time to build a better, stronger version of yourself. But you know what...that is good!
Time makes changes, it helps you evolve as a person and it will help you to get to know yourself better. Time is teaching you patience, trust and endurance. It shows you what is really important and even though you may not always stick to the plan, you will still arrive at your goal after some time.
But the most important thing is keep moving forward. Do not stuck in a moment, whether it was good or bad. Keep going and growing, and never stop believing in yourself.
I personally believe that we grow the most while waiting for our goals to become reality.
So absorb everything while heading toward your goals, because it all may help you become the person you want to be one day. 💜🗝
