Idea- feeling angry? That's ok. Feel angry.
How can you channel it rather than unload it onto someone else? Even if you deem this situation or person as "deserving"?
I've been hurt and burned and abused by past people in my life, I'm sure you have been too.
When we feel so deeply hurt we desire to lash out. We want to blast this person online and talk about what a shithead they are... but, can we breathe. Can we breathe instead... can we allow the hurt and anger and pain to be felt and notice the place where we get to choose how to react... can we PAUSE.
My suggestion- channel the hurt into a song, or an art piece or a yoga practice or a run or whatever your form of release is. Journal it. Write a letter you aren't actually going to send. Channel the hurt, allow it to grow flowers rather than weeds.
Also- take some CBD. Haha seriously... this specific CBD syrup has gotten me through a lot
This month- harassment from my landlord, feeling ungrounded, my son not having his father around and the hurt surrounding that... it's been my go to stress relief and soother.
