I’ve been out of the gym for a while and honestly not doing much of anything. I’ve allowed myself to get into a huge phunk and not have much motivation to even go to work. .
This past week I’ve been doing a lot of self reflecting and started writing down short term goals I want to achieve. One of them being putting back on my muscle I’ve lost over the last year. .
Time to get myself back in action!
