💪12 Week Challenge 2.0💪
For those of you that have been following my last couple weeks, you know I've been testing out my new 12 week challenge called 80 Day Slay, with a hand selected group of clients I took on. We're heading into week two of phase two so I figured I'd throw it back to my phase one 2 week Transformation 😭🍾 I'm so incredibly proud of each girl in their CRUSHING this challenge and crushing their goals! ❤️ So now it's time for round TWO. Last round had over 418 applicants, and I was able to select 40, so if you missed your shot, if you're new here, or if you've been patiently waiting... IT'S GO TIME! 🙌👏 For me, there might not be a huge change between these photos (first is day 7 ➡️ day 14, the other two are day 0 ➡️ day 14... I forgot to take the first picture on day 0 in that pose 😂), but I can tell you I've NEVER felt more comfortable in my skin than I do right now and it's only been two weeks. I don't focus on the scale, but I was able to tighten my belt 2 extra notches this week, but still filling out the booty 🍑, my energy levels are so high, my skin is clear, and honestly I'm just HAPPIER.
