I've been (very loosely) tracking macros and experimenting with carb cycling the past few weeks.
I'm recording my feelings about it, but I want to remind you again of something:
One size does NOT fit all.
You have to find what's going to not only be sustainable for you, but what makes you happy.
If you have a six pack but you're miserable and hangry all the time, is it really worth it?
Keeping a healthy relationship with food (and I'm talking mentally here) is more important than anything else. That's how you stay healthy, physically and mentally. I never want to fear what's on my plate, and I never ever ever want you to either.❤ There are options, there is help, and I am here for you! Don't forget that.
