yo girl has some stubbbbborn glutes... adding glute activation exercises PRIOR to weight lifting has made the biggest difference. 1️⃣ 5 RDL to Bulgarian split squat on each leg these are so good wow just trust me

2️⃣ 10 squat walk to jumping lunges

3️⃣ 10 elevated sumo squat each leg

Repeat for 3 sets!

Baby abs finally coming through ft. my favorite alphaletes shorts. This has to be the leanest I've ever been. The key to losing fat has really been dialing in the diet but also listening to what my body needs to recover. I track macros most days, but if I feel like I'm sluggish during workouts or life, I'll usually treat myself to something to revamp my motivation. Lifting weights and tracking food has changed the confidence game for me

Abs were on fire during this 😫 it's so important to have a strong core. Your core will strengthen not just when training your abs specifically but also with compound movements such as deadlifts etc.. go!! 💦

Through my nutrition journey there have been several highs and lows, but I am beyond grateful that I have found Arbonne.

So.... This is my pantry! Fully stocked with Arbonne Essentials that fuel my body with the BEST vegan, plant based nutrition out there. I choose these products because they give me energy, help build muscle, aren't full of awful ingredients, provide vitamins + minerals and help me maintain a healthy weight.

Since doing Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living + Beyond program for a few months, I have been following the 80/20 rule. For those of you that don't know, what this means is that 80% of the time I am following my nutrition regime and 20% of the time I am enjoying a pitcher of sangria with friends or ordering a pizza late at night.

What have I learned? I have learned that life and nutrition is all about BALANCE.

I used to be so strict with my diet which left me so unhappy and made me feel I couldn't enjoy fun afternoons out with my friends. I felt that if I had a handful of chips I sucked for not staying committed to my program and would think "well now I messed it up I might as well just eat the whole bag.." I didn't know what balance was about, I didn't know about moderation until Arbonne came into my life and I educated myself some more.

Now, I think about nutrition so differently. Now, I follow the 80/20 rule knowing I am supporting my body with what it needs and deserves. Now, I am healthy and inspired with my choices and my journey. Now, I know I can be a force of love and light to help others achieve what they desire.

"Those dvds don't work. How can you get results working out at home?" 🙄🙄🙄 Let me show you 😉💪👊 I promise you- I AM a product of the product. I don't work out in a gym (although I could totally bring my workouts there or to a beach or on top of a building- wherever cause it's all online 👌) I work out less than an hour a day. I don't count calories. I use containers and portion control. I eat pizza on the regular (like 2x a week 😂) and I drink wine, whiskey, craft beer, vodka- ya know #balance 😜 I'm not ALWAYS motivated to work out but I know that my workouts are quick and effective so I have time to get it done. Plus they are manageable and if my knee bugs me, I can modify. This is REAL LIFE. This is also what YOU can do and have!
