Back day today 💪🏻
My goal recently has been to try to get to the gym 5-6 days a week. I was pretty consistently going 4 days for a while, but my split wasn't as balanced because I ended up doing a lot of legs days. It does get difficult with my crazy schedule of two jobs, commuting to school, and having a social life, but I feel so much better when it's a daily habit. I find it much harder to motivate myself to go when I do have more rest days. Part of that though, means ensuring that I really take time to stretch and foam roll to recover, because I obviously don't have as much recovery time that I would get with more rest days. Balance is key ⚖️.
