Loving these exercises atm, these are a couple from my back workout altho this isn't a full workout as I would normally do 2-3 more exercises also ๐Ÿค—
1๏ธโƒฃ dumbbell incline row - 12 reps X 3 sets
2๏ธโƒฃ one arm row - 10 reps per arm X 4 sets
3๏ธโƒฃ bent over flies - 12 reps X 4 sets (ps these also hit ur shoulders win win hehe)
4๏ธโƒฃ standing cable row - 10 reps X 3 sets!! .

Lots of people ask me when do I drink my bcaas, which I only really do whilst training.
I like to use it as my main energy source during a workout cos I don't drink pre work out but it kinda feels like I am cos of the sweet hit!! So basically makes my session rly rly good cos I get a bit hyper lol ๐Ÿ‘ฝ although this is not a necessity and you could drink your bcaas whenever ya like it's all cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Is how I feel - There are a lot of smiling these days, things are looking positive and im feeling great

Have you ever asked yourself : How do I feel? It's a big question to ask yourself, and takes some soul searching to find out

Most of us have some sad memories back in our minds, some of us hang on to those memories for a long time, or even our entire lives, its virtually impossible to walk through life without being hurt, sad, heart broken or lose someone important, thats life, life is fucking hard

But its also those memories that sculpts our personality, all the scars on your body and soul, all of those beatings, lying face down in the mud over and over again, that makes you appreciate even the tiniest things in this world

What life throws at you will only make you stronger, more experienced and wiser, I know its a gigantic klichรฉ, but its so true, as long as you use those memories in a constructive way, and use them to your advantage the next time you are in a similar situation, only good things will come in return from negative experiences

Thank God it's Sunday!! This week was a full on struggle for me in the training department. I would literally drive to the gym, sit in my truck for about 15-20 minutes deciding whether or not I wanted to train, only to turn around and go home. Sometimes this happens. (Although rare.) You'll often hear people say 'Just go!' 'You'll feel better if you train.' 'Once you get started you'll get right into it.' To be fair, I agree with those statements whole heartedly (in certain situations) but sometimes there's more to it than just a lack of motivation. For me personally, I know when my mind/body isn't feeling a workout that's a huge red flag. In the past when I've decided to just work through it, my workouts typically ended up being unenjoyable and mediocre at best. What I've learned over the years is instead of just working through it and ignoring these cues, it's so so important to decipher what's actually going on. Am I stressed? Am I getting enough sleep? When was my last rest day? Am I bored with my workouts? Has my nutrition been on point? It's always good to look at the bigger picture and see if maybe you REALLY do need to take a step back and have a few extra days off. Not only will it do your body good but the mental break feels even better... After taking a few days off, I'm more than ready to take on the week and crush my workouts. Such crappy evening light! Thus weekend has been spent at a most perfect wedding, eating amazing food and drinking far too much! So despite desperately wanting to curl into bed when we got back earlier this evening, I forced myself to get food prepping to start the week off to a good start.
