Plank up and down bench
Bench jump overs
Pulse squat bench jumps
30 secs per exercise, 1 min rest between rounds, 4 circuits!!!!

Different #transformationtuesday coming at ya πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ I'm flexing in both the top and bottom pic and I am so beyond thankful for allllllll those thousands of push-ups and commandos now πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Currently I'm not really following a plan and just kind of make up my workouts while I'm at the gym πŸ™ˆ I started my journey doing @kayla_itsines Bikini Body Guide program and followed it to a T for about 10 months. I still throw in a few BBG workouts here and there. Last week I did I did a BBG2.0 arm day for the first time in months and it kicked my butt! And I think I'm going to do another BBG arm day tonight. BBG definitely never gets easier and I'll forever be grateful for the program and #bbgcommunity πŸ€— I now mostly do weight training with a mix of plyo/ body weight exercises. Again it's just kind of my own thing, no guide or trainer, I have self educated on various/ new/ different exercises to try and incorporate. I do miss structure and sometimes worry that what I'm doing isn't organized well to properly meet my goals so I am considering trying a new program or workout structure soon. I have enjoyed simply honoring my body and the movement it craves in the moment for each day but I know it's time to up my game πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’•

What are my macros? How much cardio do I do? How long have I been lifting? How many times per week do I lift? These are questions that I get everyday. I currently do not count macros. I eat intuitively and because I have experience counting macros, I can easily make an educated guess on how much I am eating. I honestly only do 40-60 minutes of cardio per week, but have done much more in the past and would like to start getting back to it for my cardiovascular system. I typically lift 5x per week. Sometimes 4, sometimes 6. This depends on what's going on in life. I have been weight training SERIOUSLY for 2 years. So that's me. That's just what I do. I believe in balance and choose to make this a LIFESTYLE F O R E V E R. This is what I love. No fad diets, waist trainers, skinny teas or cellulite cream is going to get you real results.. HARD work, consistency and patience will! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’œ

Trying to be as real as possible with you guys, so as I've told you, for the last 13 days I was really persistent with my training, cut out my cheat/treat meals, counted my macros and did some carb cycling as well... so here is my 13day transformation! Nothing drastic, but that was also the plan! I just wanted to tighten up a bit, which I obviously did... My separation on hammies and glutes are more visible (I see It even better irl, but I think you can also see it just fine on the picture), and also my waist slimmed down a lot!πŸ™ŒπŸ½ (I bought new jeans two weeks ago for my prom after party and they don't fit anymore!!πŸ˜­πŸ˜‚)
