Everywhere I go, there’s a new piece of nutrition advice... eat spinach..don’t eat spinach, eat chard instead. Eat bananas, don’t eat banana because the sugar content is too high. Use protein powder...don’t use protein powder, your body doesn’t recognize it properly. What the fuck does anyone know? I do know that this concoction makes me feel fuckin fantastic. Maybe it’s the sugary bananas, maybe it’s the lack of nutrients in the spinach... but I think it might be the fact that I chose IT over a stack of pancakes with a stick of butter and Jamimas love juice. There’s always going to be someone around the corner of every decision to tell you what you’re doing isn’t good enough, healthy enough, worthy enough. 💥DO YOU💥 no one else matters in the long run. Do what YOU can, right now to better your body. If that’s eating a banana rather than a fudge Sunday, do it, If it’s walking for 5 minutes rather than 0 minutes, do it. No one gets to decide what better or best is for your body. Go out and do right by YOU👊🏽!
