2016 —> 2017! This year has been filled with obstacles that easily could have derailed my health and fitness. Moving states, living at home, moving to our own apt, readjusting to office life, putting my body through marathon training, tons of travel, etc. But I’m so proud that even through all the ups and downs of 2017 I still came out with progress. I wasn’t perfect by any means but I have finally mastered the 80/20 healthy lifestyle. Not dieting, or tricking my body into ketosis, or doing weird teatoxes or anything else.. just straight up real, true clean eating + exercise.
