Couldn't have asked for a better partner to do my FIRST Comp with. It was a dream and I'd do it all again with you in a heartbeat 😍. Ngl. We had a little doubt beforehand about whether we'd bitten off more than we could chew, entering Rx. Which was reinforced when we saw we had Regionals athlete (Calvert sisters) in our category. Along with loads of other top notch athletes. WHAT A TURNOUT @m_squared_fitness!! 🌟 ANYWAY. We hadn't. We achieved way more than we thought we would 🙌

As soon as I started crossfit I switched focus on to what my body COULD do. I'm sure you've heard so many times how this actually helps you get better results than focusing on aesthetics. All I know is I've never been less fussed about how I look. And it's great. I just want to DO more 💪 . . . . . .
Anyone else like me and find slowing down videos is the best way to improve what you're doing? Got to see it with my 👀!!! (can just insert a mini 'woop!' for the fact I still got back muscles hehe 🙊). Made up a little technique workout on Monday, basically because I couldn't stay for the whole class.
