Low and behold the most embarrassing photo I've ever posted but with summer on it's way☀️ and everyone posting photos in their bikinis 👙 I wanted to prove a point about how different someone really can look in a photo 📸, with no editing, no photoshop, just a slightly different pose and clothing position💃🏼. These photos are all taken within seconds of each other😧, I didn't move from the spot I was stood in, ✨first picture standing normal bikini how it's designed to sit. ✨Second photo, standing normal bikini raised how most people wear them these days. ✨Third photo, no movement of bikini, just slight bend forwards / arched back instead of neutral spine. Now I'm not trying to body shame🙅🏽 but I much prefer how I look in the right photo to the left but BOTH are me, no transformation, no diet, no workout plan, they are both me right now🤷🏻‍♀️. Behind the photo you see on Instagram is most likely 2948392 other photos pretty similar in their camera roll just with more visible cellulite and stretch marks etc and they have picked the best one, obviously.. why wouldn't you👑? Now I love seeing great bums over my feed aka @gracefituk 😍and when you work as hard as she does her bum most likely looks great at any angle 😂 but for those of us who don't really love leg day and avoid it as much as possible 🙋🏻 and eat far too much chocolate 🙋🏻.. this is a reminder of the reality behind some of the photos you see 💁🏻, so time to stop comparing yoselfffff and start loving the skin your in (cliche but true) 🍑. P.s anyone's nan still have carpet like this? Yep living in the dark ages here 😂🤦🏻‍♀️.

Trying to motivate myself to get my ass to the gym this morning but it's cold and dark and my puppy is asleep on me 😭 it's always hard to workout when it's winter ⛄️ and because I work for myself, I don't have any obligation to go, I have to really push myself 👊🏼 The choice is mine. If I want to stay in bed till 10am I can. I'm pretty lucky but it means I have to be self-motivated. My motivation comes from all different places, I'm motivated because I feel amazing after a workout session, I'm motivated because I like the way my body has changed and progressed throughout my fitness journey and I definitely feel like I should be at the gym when you guys message me pictures of yourselves doing my workouts! 😭 It's the best feeling to know I am helping others with their goals and honestly makes me feel so freaking blessed and grateful 🤗 I am going to be creating custom guides, by I still want to keep creating free content that you guys can put to use. I know I always post booty workouts, but that's what I get the most requests for 🍑 Would anyone be interested in upper body? Let me know bebes 😘 PS the irony of posing in my underwear but wearing sneakers is not lost on me 😂 there's a lot of foot fetish guys out there 💁🏼

After two weeks away and not consistently training. It's safe to say after a week back, the DOMS have been real.. 😩💪🏽

Slowly but surely.
40lb since January.
I expected more if I'm honest, I am walking at least 15 miles a day, but then I read about homeostasis and the body's fight to keep you the same state as it knows (for me that was overweight)

I was also eating a lot more than I believed I was!

Well now my body seems to be playing ball, we will see where the rest of the year takes me

ULTIMATE BOOTY BLASTER! 🍑🍑🍑In this vid I used a bench to help support my balance so I can focus more on controlled movements in order to target my glutes 🔥🔥🔥. There are many different ways use could perform this workout but here is the best way to support your back 😉. How to do it:
Stand facing a cable machine with your ankle secured in a strap connected to a low pulley.
Hold on to the pole or bar directly in front of you for support, placing your other knee on the bench, step back far enough that the cable connecting your ankle to the machine is taught. Lift your legs and contract your core muscles. With a slight bend in your knee, slowly extend your leg behind you as high as you can go without bending forward.
Contract your glute and hold for one second at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with control and that's it 🙌🏾💪🏾. Give this a try next time your working on your glutes and you will surely feel that 🔥. ....
