Amazing the difference a week makes!! A week of sitting down 90% of the time, eating more and exercising less has left me feeling a lot worse than I was this time last week πŸ˜• this is currently what I look like, no abs in sight!! πŸ‘†πŸΌ ready to be better already and gyming properly again!!

On a more positive note, I went to A&E on Friday to get a boot but a different A&E to what I went to on Tuesday. They re-X-rayed my foot and confirmed definitely no breaks so no need for a boot and to treat it like a lateral ankle sprain which means gradually loading and shouldn’t need crutches by the end of this week so should be back to full fitness much sooner!! 😁🀞🏼🀞🏼

Smoothie bowls are perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or snack. I always find them so filling due to the volume and thickness.

The recipe for this is
1 medium frozen banana
30g oats
Teaspoon of peanut butter
Handful of spinach
Scoop of protein powder
Cup of ice cubes
Water

Blend it all up until it's thick and creamy, add your toppings and enjoy!
