My parents got me this shirt and I freakin love it. Luckily babe still walks around with me when I wear it 😂 thanks babe!
But for real... if you deal with digestive issues, pooping becomes a really big deal! And it always surprises me how many people reach out to me when I talk about it who are struggling and don’t have regular bowel movements. It’s a freakin epidemic. I’m going to post some 💩 tips... YOU’RE WELCOME 😏
1.drink lots of water
2.DON’T overdo the fiber. Find the amount that works for you. Too much can cause blockage.
3. Use a squatty potty!!!! Game changer
4. Supplement with Magnesium Citrate (most of us are deficient anyway)
5. Supplement with pure Aloe Vera/juice-no added bs!!!
6. Get in movement!! Your body needs movement to eliminate!
7. Did I mention HYDRATE?! I know I did.. but seriously.😜
