✨ Starting the day with intention ✨
These days it's more common to see "human doings" than "human beings." Everyone has endless tasks to deal with - emails, phone calls, messages...we can easily be thrown off balance by external events and stimuli. That's why starting the day with intention and awareness is paramount.
Here's my morning routine: I wake up around 6:30am, practice Kriya (purifying breathing) for half an hour, meditate for another half an hour, and set my intention for the day before I actually start it.
The more we explore our inner world, the more we realize that everything dwells in it. It's the source of our energy and the creator of the world that we see outside. Knowing this empowers us to be more aware and less ignorant.
I believe it helps everyone, but especially people who want to do good things for the world because that's when we examine our ego and remember our purpose despite the occasional stress and frustration.
