Tracking your Macros🥙🍕🍗
I’ve been tracking my macros for nearly a year now and it’s honestly the best thing I ever decided to do. I was hesitate at first, and it was hard to adjust to.
Tracking your macros may sound strange to some, but I would pick that any day over strict diets of healthy eating. Why? Because I like treats, I love pizza, crisps sandwiches and tea & biscuits! I’m not one to stick to restrictive eating of healthy foods only. IIFYM allows you to treat yourself while also achieving your goals. I still make healthy choices but it allows me to also have a cup of tea and a few biscuits or a toastie before bed😍 I’m not for a restrictive lifestyle- all about that balance 💃🏼🥦🍟
