This weekend was filled with a ton of food, drinks, friends and football.🍟🍷🍺🏈
Woke up feeling bloated and disgusting.😲 Even with bad eating choices my body didn't go to poop. I didn't lose any muscle or any of the gains I made last week. Get that notion out of your head that a few bad eating/drinking choices will ruin everything you've been working for. That gives me more of a reason to get my workout in this morning.
