Celebrating taco Tuesday 🌮 🌮 even though I thought it was Thursday. 🤷🏼♀️ Oops. The weather was gorgeous and I was craving a beer but I’m trying really hard to stay gluten free, so we took Gundy on a walk and stopped by the corner store to grab some @angryorchard. It’s a bit sweet, and I prefer the dry @eastciders but it did hit the spot with dinner. I’m really working on balance and food freedom and this is a great display of that. || . . . . . .
What would you do if the doctor tells you weight loss is hopeless at your age??? . Meet my kickass client and friend Brenda . She was told by the doctors that at age 50, she wasn’t able to see the results she wanted. . And the approach with NO restrictions, and that has NO foods as off limits is the one you can stick to in the long term! .
