🙋🏼‍♀️So when I’ve got a problem with someone I like to post indirect Instagram quotes slagging them off like the mature adult that I am #guiltyascharged 😂🙋🏼‍♀️. Those of you who have been in earshot of me this last week will know who the dick head is (yes there has been yet another loser to treat me shitty!). This will be my last post regarding that matter (phew all my friends say 🙌🏻) and now hopefully I will find a real and proper man...any decent offers welcomed 🤣🤣🤣💁🏼‍♀️.

We all have a story to tell. Some may not be ready to share, but you should never be ashamed of what’s happened so far, because what matters is now; is tomorrow. No journey is constantly an upwards ones, even fairytales have their bumps in the road. Cinderella never thought she’d find her Prince Charming, but good things do happen, even if you feel like the whole world is against you. Your story could inspire others, I know that I find myself constantly being spurred on by looking at the progress of those around me, whether I know them personally or not. A lot of people will come in and out of our lives and that can be difficult, because if you lose someone, or they walk away, it can be hard to open up or trust again. But we have to, there is no way forward unless we take a few chances. Being alone is better than being with the wrong person, and I for one have found that out the hard way like many of us have. But the truth of it is, we are never really alone, because we have each other, and the people who are worth having around will fight to stay in your life. I am fortunate enough to have met some of the most bloody incredible people, who I am lucky enough to call my friends, and whether you have one or a million, they will forever be your rocks. You’ll bleed to find the love that you deserve, but once it’s yours, it’ll heal every wound that the journey left. Be brave, be strong and never lose sight of what matters. Whether you’re ready to tell your story or not, it’s far from over yet. Tomorrow is a new day, and every second is a new opportunity. Don’t screw it up.

VEGAN CHOC COOKIES 🍪 Last night I got my baking hat on 👩🏻‍🍳 and made these vegan and gluten free cookies 🌱 😍These didn’t even last an evening in my house especially when they’re the perfect Love Island snack 🌴👏🏼 To make them 👩🏻‍🍳 👇🏼
100g dark chocolate
80g melted coconut oil
120g sugar alternative
90g ground gluten free oats
160g gluten free flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Melt the coconut oil and combine with the sugar alternative.
Add the oats, flour, baking powder and broken up pieces of dark chocolate and combine
Roll in to cookies 🍪
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 12 mins
ENJOY 😍👏🏼🍪🤤🙌🏼

Squats and deadlifts today were 😰. Getting back into training has been hard since being home but I’m not going to make any excuses I’m just going to crack on and get stronger. Time to put the real work in 💪🏽. 1️⃣ squats 3 x 2 @ 117.5kg ➡️SWIPE➡️

It’s #internationalyogaday today 💜 Have you ever tried yoga? I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone, personally I don’t think I could cope without it. Sounds a bit drastic I know, but there’s something about stepping onto your mat and forgetting about everything else that’s going to purely focus on your breath and your body. It’s a great way to de-stress & unwind, improve your flexibility and for any injury prevention - guys, gals, weight lifters, runners, office workers, all of you! I think I look slightly less rough in this selfie because the light washed out part of my face 😏 since I worked out at home instead of gym today,I focused on a few single leg exercises. As I have mild mobility and balance issues I usually hold on to a wall for assistance, so i am still able to do step ups while holding a weight in one hand (if any, it's usually a light weight) and same with split squats. I also do single leg half squats on a step, again using a handrail to help my balance.
