I actually didn’t think I was such a craven belly (greedy guts) but apparently I am... however I don’t put weight on because I burn more calories than I put in my body - which is annoying coz I like feeling a bit curvy but I can’t afford to keep up that lifestyle 😂😂 3500 calories is equivalent to 1lbs of body weight so if you want to lose a pound a week or more you have to be burning off an extra 500 -1000 calories a day - that’s if you don’t want to give up the food... if you don’t mind the sacrifice you can eat 500 + calories less that you normally would each day. Cardio✔ I am currently doing 2 cardio sessions a week with each burning 300 calories. I track this through my polar watch with my heart monitor. I do this so that I make sure I give my sessions enough intensity to achieve that goal as opposed to just having a time goal. This cardio session included a 2 mile run, one of which was at a slight incline but both with a 9min mile pace. This was followed with 15 min. Usually Saturdays are just cardio days but nope. Today I went on a walk with my sister, went to the gym and did more cardio. Then was bored at home and at 6pm went back to crush some booty work 💪💦🔥 Im starting to see definition in my legs too 😭 y'all. This is what I've needed. All this energy today thanks to good eatin, lots of water, and my @insanelabz preworkout I took at like noon today. Keep killing it 💪
