- 60ml Gin
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Mandarine Napoleon
- 1 barspoon orange marmalade
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers Aromatic Bitters
Shake all till properly chilled and diluted, double strain in coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated Orange or Blood Orange wheel.

To kick things off the right way, I'm using my @gindebinche today, a gin hailing from the city of Binche, in the South of Belgium.🐓 The 'Carnival of Binche' is an annual celebration of uniqueness, which has been recognised as a 'Masterpiece of the oral and intangible heritage of humanity' by UNESCO in 2003.🏅 Since the gin contains Blood Orange as one of its key botanicals, I decided to create a twist on Salvatore Calabrese's 1996 'Breakfast Martini' 🍊 To keep it in theme I also used the luscious Mandarine Napoleon, Belgium's most distributed liqueur, in stead of a triple sec. 💖 Drinkstagram, have a fantastic day, and hopefully see you on Saturday, celebrating along!
