Okay. Adapted the @ruledme keto ginger cookies a little: added baking powder and refrigerated the dough for 30ish minutes. It was still very sticky when I cut it in forms but I used a bit of regular wheat flour *gasp* to make it easier - 15 g of it on the working wooden surface. They turned out softer and smooth. I used a ready made spice mix for ginger bread + butter-vanilla and they have an amazing flavor.
About 85 ish kcals a piece, 1 ish g carbs :) Swipe for ingredients - mostly in German - and macros for whole shabang. WAIT: only 60 g Erythrol not 100 g! The carbs from the wheat flour didn't fully make it into the cookies.
